EDUCATION

Jeff graduated from Salpointe Catholic High School in Tucson, Arizona in 1988. In 1993, Jeff earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Arizona. Thereafter, Jeff attended California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. Jeff earned his Juris Doctorate in 1997.
