
Suzanne L. Brei – Tucson Lawyer
EDUCATION
Suzanne graduated cum laude from the University of Alaska, Anchorage with a bachelor’s degree in English in 1994. She attended California Western School of Law in San Diego, California where she served as the Editor of the California Western Environmental Law Journal (1994-1995) and the President of the Environmental Law Society (1995-1996). Suzanne completed her formal legal education as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Anthony C. Joseph at the San Diego Superior Court.
AREAS OF PRACTICE
Suzanne’s litigation practice consists primarily of construction defect, commercial litigation, insurance consultation, personal injury, real estate and property disputes. Suzanne is licensed to practice law in California and Arizona. She also has her own alternative dispute resolution practice.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Suzanne currently serves as a Judge Pro Tem in the Pima County Superior Court and, in that capacity, presides over settlement conferences in cases involving personal injury, lemon law, property disputes, construction defect, commercial litigation, and assault and battery. She serves as an approved mediator on the Arizona Association of Realtors Buyer-Seller Mediation Program. When not at the Brei Law Firm, Suzanne also volunteers on an as-needed basis for the Volunteer Lawyer’s Association. She has served as an Executive Council Member on the Construction and Alternative Dispute Resolution sections of the Arizona State Bar. She was a member of the Morris K. Udall Inn of Court from 2003-2008 and served as the Secretary from 2006-2008.
